Your BPRe


This Best Practice Review digital form is designed as the first stage of the BPRe process. It will allow you to complete sections and add comments where relevant in a collaborative environment. Our team will then review your submissions, and contact you to discuss the next steps.

The document will assist in identifying:

  • the key automations your Infocouncil system is performing

  • if the automation is still producing the outputs you require

  • any new processes or formats that are not being automated

  • any new Infocouncil features that could assist you

  • larger environment factors, such as CLOUD and document management integration

Based on this information, we may recommend improved processes to using your existing environment; fixes and configurations that can be undertaken immediately through our Help Desk; as well as upgrades, enhancements and training to optimise your system.
