How long do the training sessions last?

It depends on the type of session. Rapid Focus Training workshops are typically 2 hours (with an option for a 3-hour extended session), while full training courses can run a half day, a full day, or even multiple days, depending on your requirements.

How many people can attend a training session?

For an optimal experience, Rapid Focus Training sessions are capped at five attendees. For larger group training courses, you can arrange to train more staff at once, and Infocouncil will work with you to accommodate the size of your team.

This includes preparing and authorising reports, creating agendas and minutes, tracking action items, and performing system administration tasks.
