Q: What are the terms of my access
to your Support Centre?
A: There are services that are covered by our Support Team... and there are services that are not covered. For example, we can assist you with general advice for users of the Infocouncil software suite as well as remote access to your Infocouncil system to facilitate general diagnosis and support. Whilst we will always do our best to guide and support you through your requests, we must also ensure we are offering a fair level of service to all clients.

Q: Do you offer a SaaS solution?
Infocouncil is a designed and built to leverage the capabilities and power of the Microsoft Word Desktop App.
Utilising the power and maturity of the Word App, the Infocouncil solution is able to produce high quality output documents, styled and tailored to client’s specific needs.
To ensure that users can continue to use this power and flexibility, Infocouncil’s Hybrid Enterprise Cloud platform combines the power of the Microsoft Word Desktop App with the benefits of cloud:
Remove domain attached infrastructure resources
Data and files stored in Council’s cloud location
Cloud Facility Management service, including automated upgrade, eliminates the requirement for Council IT to manage the Infocouncil application.

Q: Are you an Australian company? Are you located in Australia?
A: Yes and yes! Infocouncil was founded in Australia in 2001 as a solution to manage council agendas and minutes. Today we provide a best-in-class product with superior features and third-party integrations. We are currently adopting a hybrid working environment for our staff who work from offices in various locations, including Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and New Zealand to name a few.
Q: How Do I Know When To Update Our Infocouncil Version?
A: We highly recommend that you keep your system updated as regularly as possible and usually find that councils can attain optimal output staying within a couple versions of the version that is most current.
