Exciting Spring quarter
by John Kerry | 25th September, 2023 | A word from our General Manager
It is an exciting quarter as we have four new councils joining the Infocouncil family. It is really pleasing to note a change in the way councils are managing their selection process. The key changes include,
A wider demography of selection panel members with IT, Procurement and Corporate Services Managers joining Governance Professionals,
A well compiled list of “must have” functionalities and “nice to have”,
An increasing focus on automating manual processes to a maximum level,
A growing focus on value services provided to ensure low-cost rapid upskilling and efficient support.
The above changes are in addition to the established need to readily accommodate system changes and the requirement that a successful vendor provides long term financial stability.
To ensure our council users are regularly upskilled and all possible manual processes are eliminated we have developed an optimised Professional Service package. The service;
Combines our unique BPR-e service with Rapid Focus training solutions and our Enhancement Request service, and
Introduces a loyalty contribution to assist councils to plan and implement these services going forward.
A huge welcome back to our Sales and Marketing Manager Nick Szentkuti from well-deserved long service leave. Nick is refreshed and looking forward to engaging with you.
