We are currently looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual, experienced in customer service, to join the Infocouncil family. Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, the Application Support Specialist will provide technical guidance and customer service for our Infocouncil product, helping to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained amongst our clients.
This is a permanent full-time role. Our office is in Gordon, Sydney but we will consider candidates located anywhere in Australia or New Zealand. Our Service Desk is open between 8am and 6pm (Sydney time), and some flexibility in working hours is available for the right candidate. You will generally be required to work during our busiest hours, 10am and 4pm. We will offer a competitive remuneration package, based on your skills and experience. Experience working in the Local Government sector and a working knowledge of Local Government requirements and infrastructure is essential. Infocouncil experience will be highly regarded.
