Generate emails to subscribers when papers are published to the web

Did you know that Infocouncil can automatically email a list of recipients when an agenda or minutes document is published to your website? We call this Subscriber functionality and it ensures key meeting stakeholders are informed every time a document is published.


Multiple subscriber groups can be created; you might create one for you councillors, another for your Exec Team and a third for press.


If you are using the Infocouncil publishing functionality, Subscriber functionality is available, it simply requires configuration.
