Councils Joining Our Large Family
It is always exciting to welcome new councils. So far in 2022 eleven councils in Australia and NZ have chosen Infocouncil’s automated meeting management application and services. Bogan Shire, Circular Head, Burnside City, Parkes Shire, Carnarvon Shire and Melville City Councils have joined us in recent months, and we look forward to a mutually rewarding long term relationship with them.
Sad Loss
I’m very sad to advise that a valuable member of our team, Andrew Pye, recently passed away. Andrew provided exceptional professional services to our clients for over 10 years as a business analyst and application support specialist. He will be sadly missed by all of us.
New Staff Appointments
We welcome Patricia Moore from Whitehorse Council who joined our support team just this week. Trish joins Alena as our second team member in Victoria. We now have professional service staff available in 5 regions in Australia as well as in New Zealand and India to ensure we continue to provide the very best service possible.
Internal Appointment
We’re delighted to announce that Christine Dunand has been appointed our Senior Learning Specialist. Christine has been supporting you for four years as an Application Support Specialist and brings 13 years of local government experience to her new role. She will manage all training activities and work to deliver strategies to enhance our knowledge transfer to ensure we continue to deliver exceptional service to you, our customers. Congratulations Christine!
We Thank You
We held our first company staff meeting in Sydney on the 30 June & 1 July. Our team travelled from all locations in Australia and New Zealand and were joined online by our Indian team members. It was a huge success, and we would like to thank all our clients who helped it happen by minimising support requests where this was possible. Thank you from all of us!
