This quarter we are working on analysing support requests received to better understand the reasons why the needs arise and how we can best minimise the disruptions support needs create.
Our objective is to design and offer preventative services to reduce the frustrations and loss of productivity unexpected support needs introduce. This will result in improved processes and higher automation resulting in increased productivity and user confidence.
We will be communicating with all councils with information on individual support requests compared to other councils and recommendations on how we can work in partnership to minimise these.
