New and improved Best Practice Review is coming!

We are excited to announce the relaunch of our highly sought-after service, BPR that we plan to have available to our customers in the coming months!

BPR is a comprehensive analysis of your current processes and Infocouncil usage, aimed at highlighting areas for improvement and streamlining operations. We received such an overwhelming response to the service last year, that we had to curtail it due to the high demand and the amount of time it took to complete.


The good news is that we've now streamlined the process by taking it online! BPR-e (the 'e' stands for 'enhanced') is an easy-to-use, online platform that will guide you through the BPR questions step-by-step, individually or as a team. Once you've completed the BPR analysis stage, we'll provide you with a comprehensive report that includes recommendations for improvements.

We understand that each council is unique and may require additional support. Therefore, we will schedule a discussion with our expert analysts to help you understand the report and answer any questions you may have.
