Staff changes can impact productivity, efficiencies and team morale due to a lack of familiarity with the Infocouncil system.

To facilitate a smoother transition for new staff, we have developed a Rapid OnBoarding course which can easily be integrated with on-boarding session/s. The training module has been designed specifically for new staff taking on the Infocouncil Administration role and caters both to those who have no experience of the system as well as those who have some prior experience.

Faster on-boarding can be achieved when this training is undertaken in conjunction with a new starter's first live user experience of Infocouncil, in order to support the creation of their first business papers.
