Keeping up to date with new improvements can be difficult for our users. Here we introduce tips and tricks for existing functionality that you can apply to your daily routine.

The Infocouncil Publish Button

If you are already using the Infocouncil Publish functions, please keep doing what you are doing! But if you are converting Infocouncil Word agendas and minutes using Word Save As PDF, or using Adobe Acrobat, this tip is for you.

Did you know that Infocouncil includes a built in PDF converter? There is also an option to create an HTML version of your agendas and minutes, which is great if you want a lean and mean document to upload to your website.

These functions are accessible to administrators by clicking on the down arrow on the Publish Button:


There are some very good reasons to use our PDF converter.

  • We build the PDF bookmarks for you

  • We insert the original PDF attachments – ensuring viewers experience best quality and searchable attachments, in their original format.



That last function is available with more recent versions of our software. The way we handle PDF attachments now is game changing. No more PDFs converted to images!
