Increasingly, councils are opting to update Microsoft on the monthly upgrade channel which has created many challenges for us. Often the rapid release lacks adequate quality assurance and sometimes we encounter the upgrades creating problems for our application and our clients.

We are now pleased to report that we have implemented a regular scheduled testing program which we monitor carefully to pick up any errors in the Microsoft release and be in a better position to warn our customers and fix issues, in order to mitigate impact to our users.
