We have exciting news for our users with the finalisation of our new phone system upgrade. If you've called our Help Desk in the last couple of weeks, you would have noticed that our menus as well as the way we triage calls has changed. This believe this upgrade has vastly improved the ways in which you can contact us by introducing improved clarity, clearer pathways to speaking to the right person and reduced wait times.
